Abstract
The purpose of the study is to substantiate the career guidance effectiveness of the implementation of educational programs of psychological and pedagogical classes in the context of professional self-determination of graduates from different regions of the Russian Federation. The theoretical basis of the work was the research of pre-professional pedagogical training of schoolchildren, professional self-determination of high school students and the status approach to professional identity. The empirical basis of the study is data from an online survey of 332 graduates of psychological and pedagogical classes in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Lipetsk Region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra and Omsk region. The scientific novelty of the study is to clarify the psychological mechanism of career guidance effectiveness of the programs of psychological and pedagogical classes: it is shown that the contribution of educational experience is manifested in the support of not only a formed professional position, but also a productive professional search, reflected in the status of the moratorium (crisis of choice). It has been established that inter-regional differences affect the assessment of factors of professional choice, the demand for competencies and the demand for program improvement, while professional prospects and life satisfaction are characterized by greater stability. The results obtained allow us to consider the implementation of the educational program of the psychological and pedagogical class not only as a source of early career guidance, but also as a space for the formation of various “modes” of professional self-determination in graduates.
