<jats:p>Introduction. The specifics of the functioning of modern enterprises are characterized by the systemic complication of information flows and the constant increase in requirements for the validity of management decisions, which actualizes the integration of digital technologies into the system of organizational and economic management. In such conditions, the use of digital platforms and automation tools ensures the coordination of business processes and expands the possibilities of controlling the use of resources of business entities. At the same time, the fragmented implementation of technological solutions without proper restructuring of the organizational structure can lead to information disunity and duplication of management functions, which can result in increased costs. Therefore, digitalization requires a comprehensive combination of technological modernization and the development of digital competencies of personnel to adapt enterprise management mechanisms to changes in the business environment. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical and applied principles of integrating digital technologies into the system of organizational and economic management, as well as to determine the directions of harmonizing technological modernization and the economic interests of the enterprise in the context of digital transformation. Methods. The methodological basis of the study is a set of methods for analyzing the integration of digital technologies into the system of organizational and economic management. In particular, content analysis was used to generalize scientific approaches and determine the features of the digital transformation of management processes. The comparison method was used to compare the functional capabilities of digital tools and the results of their implementation. The synthesis provided a combination of technological, organizational and economic components into a holistic management structure, and logical generalization - the formation of research conclusions. Results. The article examines the features of the integration of digital technologies into the system of organizational and economic management. It is determined that digital platforms and digital means of business process automation are key factors in the transformation of enterprise management, affecting the speed of information exchange and the efficiency of resource use of business entities. The relationship between technological modernization, organizational changes and economic results of enterprises is studied. It is found that the coordinated implementation of digital tools contributes to the optimization of business processes and the overall strengthening of the competitive position of the enterprise in the market. Conclusions. It is substantiated that the comprehensive integration of digital technologies into the business processes of enterprises ensures the coordination of their management functions and economic interests, reducing organizational fragmentation and increasing the effectiveness of management decisions. It is proven that the adaptation of the organizational and economic management system to the conditions of digital transformation creates the prerequisites for the rational use of resources and strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises.</jats:p>
