Современная концепция архивного хранения. Цифровая библиотека технических решений

<jats:p>Рассматривается опыт создания Электронной библиотеки технических решений в АО «Гипротрубопровод». Актуальность работы обусловлена необходимостью сохранения уникального архива проектной документации, накопленного за десятилетия деятельности института, и его эффективного использования в условиях цифровой трансформации строительной отрасли. Цель данной статьи – систематизировать и изложить опыт создания цифровой библиотеки, демонстрируя практическую ценность проекта в условиях ограниченного времени и необходимости высокой экономической эффективности. Проанализирован исторический контекст развития архивного дела в России, начиная с 1960-х годов, и современная нормативно-правовая база цифровизации архивов. Подробно описан опыт АО «Гипротрубопровод» по оцифровке документации, включая процедуры экспертизы ценности, сканирования и взаимодействия с Российским государственным архивом научно-технической документации (РГАНТД). Особое внимание уделено различиям между традиционным электронным архивом и цифровой библиотекой, демонстрируются преимущества последней за счет расширенных возможностей поиска по атрибутам и аналитической обработки данных. Авторы приходят к выводу, что внедрение цифровой библиотеки не только обеспечивает сохранность проектных разработок, но и значительно повышает эффективность проектных решений и производительность труда.</jats:p> <jats:p>The experience of creating an Electronic library of technical solutions at Giprotruboprovod SA – a leading design institute and general designer of Transneft, is considered. The relevance of the work stems from the need to preserve and effectively use the unique archive of design documentation accumulated over decades of the institute’s activities, in the context of the digital transformation of the construction industry. The purpose of this article is to systematize and reveal the experience of creating a digital library, demonstrating the practical value of the project in conditions of limited time and the need for high economic efficiency. The historical context of the development of archival science in Russia, starting from the 1960s, and the modern regulatory framework for the digitalization of archives are analyzed. The experience of the institute in digitizing documentation, including records appraisal procedures, scanning, and interacting with the Russian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation (RGANTD), is described in detail. Special attention is paid to the differences between a traditional electronic archive and a digital library, demonstrating the advantages of the latter through enhanced attribute search capabilities and analytical data processing. The authors conclude that the implementation of a digital library not only ensures the safety of project designs but also significantly increases the efficiency of design solutions and labor productivity.</jats:p>
