Печи с расписными изразцами главного дома усадьбы Рогозиных села Петрово-Городище Ивановской области

<jats:p>The article presents the results of a survey of two tiled chimneys in the mansion of the Rogozin estate built in the first half of the XVIIIth century. This is a cultural heritage site of regional significance located in Petrovo-Gorodishche village of the Gavrilov-Posad district in Ivanovo Region. The study was conducted before the official restoration of the monument and was based on the results of measurements and on-site surveys, which provided the fundamental data for a retrospective analysis of the chimneys’ condition and their architectural and artistic design. The analysis data became the basis for developing a project of priority emergency measures for the restoration and preservation of the tiled cladding, which is the subject of protection of the interior elements of a residential building. The results of the conducted probes allowed to determine more accurate time frames for the construction of the brick base of the chimneys. The study provides an analysis of the compositional structure of the tiled cladding of the stoves, and identifies the characteristic stylistic and artistic features of the tiles used. The article determines the total amount of losses and the specific defects that suggest the reassembly of the tiled cladding, which became the basis for the development of the section on priority emergency measures. It is suggested that the tiles and the reassembly of the chimneys were made from at least 7 different sets.</jats:p>
