<jats:p>This tutorial explores TCAMs’ growing use in perioperative medicine emphasizing the burden of non-disclosure, herb–drug interactions, anaesthetic risks and their perioperative management. The aim is to improve the anaesthetist’s awareness and encourage evidence-based integration into conventional healthcare systems.</jats:p>
