Abstract
<jats:p>В качестве альтернативы традиционному слою износа рассмотрена экономическая целесообразность применения технологии шероховато-поверхностной обработки для повышения износостойкости покрытия автомобильной дорог III технической категории, на примере Краснодарского края. Представлен сравнительный анализ конструктивно-расчетных схем дорожной одежды с защитным слоем и слоем износа для дорог III технической категории с помощью компьютерного моделирования. Произведены испытания образцов асфальтобетонной и щебеночно-мастичной смесей, определяющие тенденцию колееобразования на дорогах III технической категории. Выполнен сравнительный сметный расчет себестоимости материалов для приготовления слоя шероховато-поверхностной обработки и щебеночно-мастичного асфальтобетона.</jats:p> <jats:p>As an alternative to the traditional wear layer, the economic feasibility of using the technology of rough surface treatment to increase the wear resistance of the road surface of the III technical category is considered, using the example of the Krasnodar Territory. A comparative analysis of the design and calculation schemes of road pavement with a protective layer and a wearing layer for roads of the III technical category is presented using computer modeling. Tests of samples of asphalt concrete and crushed stone mastic mixtures were carried out, determining the tendency of rutting on roads of the III technical category. A comparative estimate of the cost of materials for the preparation of a rough surface treatment layer and crushed stone mastic asphalt concrete was performed.</jats:p>
