Analysis of performance indicators of the Federal Bailiff Service and their impact on budget execution

<jats:p>The article is devoted to the study and analysis of the effectiveness of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP), the costs of its maintenance, and the revenues received by the budget of the Russian Federation from the activities of the FSSP. The article examines the theoretical and practical justification of the directions for increasing the economic efficiency of the FSSP of the Russian Federation, its role in the budget system, and in the execution of the budget. Special attention is paid to the issue of defining the criterion for financial efficiency and identifying the reasons for its decline. As a result of the analysis of the activities of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Dagestan, the authors identified the reasons for the non-fulfillment of the indicators of the state program, and highlighted several main problems that require solutions at both the regional and federal levels. In conclusion, the article identified a separate block of problems and obstacles in the work of the Federal Bailiff Service in terms of accounting for funds received for temporary management.</jats:p>
