Abstract
<jats:p>В статье исследуется актуальная проблема интеграции экологической терминологии и принципов устойчивого развития (УР) в программы корпоративного обучения иностранным языкам для персонала нефтегазового сектора. Обосновывается необходимость такого подхода в связи с ужесточением экологических стандартов, требованиями прозрачности и ответственности компаний перед обществом, а также глобализацией отрасли. Авторы подчеркивают, что традиционная языковая подготовка недостаточна; сотрудникам требуются глубокие знания специализированной экологической лексики (выбросы, управление отходами, реабилитация ландшафтов, декарбонизация) и понимание концепций УР для эффективной международной коммуникации и принятия ответственных решений. Методология исследования включала комбинированный подход: анализ существующих учебно-методических комплексов, зарубежного опыта, интервью с экспертами, контент-анализ материалов и анкетирование сотрудников крупной нефтегазовой компании с международными проектами. Ключевым этапом стало формирование унифицированного глоссария профильных экологических терминов на русском и иностранном языках и оценка проблем их внедрения (недостаток стандартизированных материалов, разная мотивация слушателей). Результаты демонстрируют высокую эффективность интегрированного подхода. Анкетирование выявило позитивное отношение большинства сотрудников (65.27%) к экомодулям, рост мотивации (62.11%) и улучшение понимания корпоративных экологических целей (58.44%). Особенно значимо улучшилось освоение терминологии у экологов проектов (прогресс 8.35 баллов, снижение ошибок на 17.66%), но прогресс заметен и у других категорий (операторы, инженеры). Анализ динамики показал устойчивый рост интереса к экоориентированным курсам (с 20.43% до 49.12% за 2018-2022 гг.) на фоне снижения интереса к традиционным программам. Онлайн-форматы и интерактивные задания на экологические темы повысили вовлеченность и мотивацию слушателей. В обсуждении подчеркивается, что интеграция экологической составляющей в языковое обучение – критический элемент современных образовательных стратегий в отрасли. Она формирует корпоративную культуру ответственности, напрямую влияет на качество управленческих решений и конкурентоспособность компании на международном уровне. Выводы подтверждают, что разработанная модель обучения, сочетающая лингвистическую практику с экологической тематикой и принципами УР (устойчивый менеджмент, экосистемный подход, риск-ориентированность), обеспечивает значительный рост компетенций персонала и его вовлеченности в достижение целей устойчивого развития.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article explores the urgent problem of integrating environmental terminology and principles of sustainable development (SD) into corporate foreign language training programs for oil and gas sector personnel. The necessity of such an approach is justified in connection with the tightening of environmental standards, the requirements of transparency and responsibility of companies to society, as well as the globalization of the industry. The authors emphasize that traditional language training is insufficient; Employees need in-depth knowledge of specialized environmental vocabulary (emissions, waste management, landscape rehabilitation, decarbonization) and an understanding of SD concepts for effective international communication and responsible decision-making. The research methodology included a combined approach: analysis of existing educational and methodological complexes, foreign experience, interviews with experts, content analysis of materials and questionnaires of employees of a large oil and gas company with international projects. The key stage was the formation of a unified glossary of specialized environmental terms in Russian and foreign languages and the assessment of the problems of their implementation (lack of standardized materials, different motivation of listeners). The results demonstrate the high efficiency of the integrated approach. The survey revealed a positive attitude of the majority of employees (65.27%) towards eco-modules, increased motivation (62.11%) and improved understanding of corporate environmental goals (58.44%). The terminology acquisition of project ecologists has improved especially significantly (progress 8.35 points, error reduction by 17.66%), but progress is also noticeable in other categories (operators, engineers). An analysis of the dynamics showed a steady increase in interest in eco-oriented courses (from 20.43% to 49.12% in 2018-2022) against the background of a decrease in interest in traditional programs. Online formats and interactive assignments on environmental topics increased the engagement and motivation of the listeners. The discussion highlights that the integration of the environmental component into language learning is a critical element of modern educational strategies in the industry. It forms a corporate culture of responsibility, directly affects the quality of management decisions and the company's competitiveness at the international level. The conclusions confirm that the developed training model, combining linguistic practice with environmental issues and SD principles (sustainable management, ecosystem approach, risk orientation), provides a significant increase in staff competencies and their involvement in achieving sustainable development goals.</jats:p>
