ОСТАТКИ МЕТАЛЛУРГИЧЕСКОЙ ПЕЧИ НА СРЕДНЕВЕКОВОМ ГОРОДИЩЕ УСТЬ-ТЕРСЮКСКОЕ (ЛЕСОСТЕПНОЕ ЗАУРАЛЬЕ)

<jats:p>В статье анализируются остатки металлургической мастерской с печью и обслуживавшими ее ямами с многослойного городища Усть-Терсюкское на р. Исеть. Объект принадлежит к позднему периоду обитания на укрепленном поселении юдинской культуры лесостепного и подтаежного Зауралья (XI–XIII вв.). Он представлял собой наземное строение с прямоугольной печью размером 1,6 × 0,8 м, обмазанной суглинком по периметру основания, с куполом на каркасе из прутьев, с примыкающими обширными ямами для угля и шлаковыпуска. Горн интерпретирован как, вероятно, кратковременно использовавшееся пиротехническое сооружение.</jats:p> <jats:p>The paper analyzes remains of a metallurgical workshop with a furnace and related pits from Ust-Tersyukskoe, a multilayer fortified settlement on the Iset river. The site is dated to the late period of the Yudino culture whose population inhabited the forest-steppe and the forests adjacent to the taiga in the Trans-Urals (XI–XIII centuries). The workshop was located in an above-ground construction that included a rectangular furnace 1,6 × 0,8 m in size plastered with loam along the base perimeter. It had a dome-shaped roofing resting on a framework made of twigs and wide pits for coal and slag flow attached to the workshop. The metallurgical furnace is interpreted as a pyrotechnical construction used for a short period of time.</jats:p>
