<jats:p>This paper presents an analysis and comparison of communication platforms Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Discord across different environments – desktop, web, and mobile. Based on a detailed examination of their functionalities, accessibility features, and customization options, conclusions were drawn regarding the extent to which each platform meets the principles of inclusive design. The purpose of the analysis is to determine how communication platforms can contribute to digital equality and equitable access to information, as well as to highlight areas that require further improvement in order to become fully accessible to all users.</jats:p>
