Abstract
<jats:p>This educational guide highlights issues related to developing digital hygiene in preschool children in today's digital environment. It presents age-specific characteristics of digital device use by children aged 3–6, outlines potential digital risks, and suggests ways to prevent them through education in preschool institutions and at home. The publication contains practical recommendations, games, exercises, and examples of interaction between teachers and parents aimed at preserving the physical and emotional health of the child and developing responsible digital behavior. The manual is intended for students majoring in A2 Preschool Education, teachers of preschool educational institutions, and parents.</jats:p>
