Abstract
TECHNICAL REPORT — ZENODO DEPOSIT Author: Miguel Ángel Percudani ORCID: 0009-0007-1748-3212 ══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ NOTE ══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ This document is the principal cosmological paper of the UAT/UCP framework, completed on July 16, 2026. At the time of writing, Limitation 2 (Section 9) stated that the Ω_m^(eff) relation was phenomenological and lacked a formal derivation from the UAT Lagrangian. This limitation has been RESOLVED by the subsequent publication: "Unified Action for the UAT/UCP Framework" DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21433360 which derives the membrane mass M_p = M_b × κ_crit × φ × (1 - 0.07) rigorously from the Gibbons-Hawking-York boundary term evaluated over the topologically truncated 8-phase cycle. The Ω_m^(eff) relation is no longer an ansatz — it is a consequence of the unified action. ══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ SUMMARY ══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ We present a complete cosmological description of the universe using the Unified Applicable Time (UAT) and Unified Causal Principle (UCP) framework. The model contains exactly ONE free parameter — the 7% thermal calibration margin — from which all other constants are derived through a chain of exact relationships. Using only observational inputs independent of ΛCDM (T_CMB from COBE/FIRAS, η_B from BBN, and H₀ from SH0ES), the framework reproduces the Planck 2018 values of: • Ω_m = 0.3133 (0.55% agreement) • Ω_Λ = 0.6867 (0.24% agreement) • Λ = 2.49×10⁻¹²² M_Pl⁴ (0.92% agreement via first principles) Bayesian model selection decisively favors UAT over ΛCDM for the fσ8(z) observable: Bayes factor B ≈ 1755 ("decisive" evidence on the Jeffreys scale). UAT achieves comparable fit with 1 parameter versus ΛCDM's 6+. Includes full audit trail: discarded Fibonacci analyses (33.7% false positive rate), LIGO null result, and dimensional audit of the 8π factor. The UAT/UCP framework is a phenomenological model under development, not a validated theory. ══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ SUPPLEMENTARY SCRIPTS ══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ • UAT_UCP_Universe_Final.py — Complete cosmological calculation • UAT_Bayesian_Selection.py — Bayesian model selection • UAT_Dimensional_Audit_8pi.py — Dimensional audit of 8π factor • UAT_Age_Calculator.py — Universe age calculation • NGC6397_Gaia_DR3_UAT_Analysis.py — Gaia DR3 validation ══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ REFERENCES ══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ UAT Framework: DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17729221 UCP Framework: DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18210808 Λ Resolution: DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21109424 Ω_m Relation: DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21328187 7% Thermal Margin: DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21211964 UAT Lagrangian: DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20500431 Unified Action: DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21433360 Age of the Universe: Zenodo (2026) Identity η ≡ κ_crit: Zenodo (2026) ══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ LICENSE ══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21433732
