Abstract

<jats:p>The Yakushev Unified Coordination Theory (YUCT) posits that our observed Universe originated as a local phase transition—a “Big Bang”—within an eternally rotating, larger cosmos. Standard cosmology cannot predict the initial mass or energy scale of the Big Bang, treating it as a singular boundary condition. In this Omega document we unify three foundational pillars of YUCT: (1) the derivation of the critical mass Mcrit that triggers the local Big Bang from the core postulates; (2) the inflationary phase as a coordination phase transition, including unique observational signatures; and (3) the global rotation of the Universe as the origin of the CMB dipole and a new cosmic age bound. From the YPSDC definition of coordination efficiency and the fractal nature of the coordination network, we prove the scaling law Keff ∝ Rβdf /2 with β = 2/3 and fractal dimension df = 2.2. Applying this to a gravitationally bound pre-collapse region yields Mcrit = 3MPl ≈ 6.5 × 10−8 kg. The same postulates govern the inflationary dynamics, predicting ns ≈ 0.965, r ≈ 0.07, and a distinctive non-Gaussianity f local NL ≈ 1.12. The global rotation of the Universe, inferred from the growth of the CMB dipole with redshift, leads to a rotational period Trot ≈ 2.3 × 1014 yr, vastly exceeding the standard cosmic age. The consistency of these three independent lines of evidence—microscopic critical mass, early-universe inflation, and present-day rotation—constitutes a proof of consilience for YUCT. We present detailed derivations, falsifiable predictions, and explicit refutation criteria for each component. This Omega document establishes YUCT as a predictive, unified framework linking quantum gravity, cosmology, and the large-scale structure of the cosmos.</jats:p>
