<jats:p>АННОТАЦИЯ / ABSTRACT RU: В данной работе представлена междисциплинарная модель «геологики систем», объясняющая генезис кольцевой структуры Гуэльб-эр-Ришат (Мавритания) через призму солнечно-земных электродинамических связей. Авторы постулируют, что структура является реликтовым отпечатком тока Биркеланда, возникшего в периоды экстремальной солнечной активности (события Мияке). В работе обосновывается механизм пьезоэлектрического триггера в кварцитах Мавританского щита, термоэлектрический эффект Пельтье как причина купольного поднятия и электроосмос как драйвер аридизации Сахары. Впервые предложена концепция планетарного диполя, связывающая Ришат с сопряженной точкой в Восточной Антарктиде. EN: This paper introduces the interdisciplinary "Systems Geologics" model, explaining the genesis of the Guelb er Richat ring structure (Mauritania) through the lens of solar-terrestrial electrodynamic coupling. The authors postulate that the structure is a relict footprint of a Birkeland current triggered during extreme solar events (Miyake events). The study substantiates the mechanism of a piezoelectric trigger in the Mauritanian Shield quartzites, the thermoelectric Peltier effect as the cause of dome uplift, and electroosmosis as the driver of Sahara aridization. For the first time, a planetary dipole concept is proposed, linking Richat with its conjugate point in East Antarctica.</jats:p>
