Abstract
The textbook presents the main views of legal doctrine, both national and foreign, especially where there is disagreement, with reference to the relevant legislation and literature, enabling those interested to explore the specific issues in more depth. Where national legislation has its origins in European Union law, the textbook always responds to this part of the legislation to the necessary extent. Where we consider it appropriate, we also include the relevant case law to link the subject of commercial law as a positive legal discipline with the practice of application. The textbook is based on the legal status as of March 2024 and therefore responds to all legislative changes concerning commercial law, such as the Law on Conversions of Companies and Co–operatives and others.
