Abstract
This article is devoted to a philosophical analysis of the ethical issues arising from the inclusion of artificial intelligence (AI) in artistic creation processes as co-authors. It focuses on the possibility of assigning AI the status of co-author in an ethical and spiritual sense. The authors introduce the concept of anthropotechnical responsibility as an expanded form of human moral agency, encompassing responsibility for the actions of technological systems that have received creative powers. The article shows that maintaining a spiritual center in co-creation with machines requires the development of a new ethical paradigm based on the distinction between spirit and algorithm while maintaining their cooperation.
