<sec> <title>UNSTRUCTURED</title> <p>Pediatric primary care offers outsized returns for population health and equity, yet faces pressures from workforce, financing, and increased chronic disease. Digital health can help improve pediatric patient outcomes—if quality is defined for children. Current evaluation frameworks for digital health often overlook the specific needs of children,necessitating the development of pediatric-specific quality standards. This perspective calls for a comprehensive pediatric digital health quality framework that addresses these unique considerations, ensuring that digital health innovations enhance equity and safety in pediatric care.
