Abstract
<jats:p>IMEKO TC15 Collegium 2026 is a focused meeting bringing together researchers working on advanced experimental methods and numerical simulations for material characterisation, damage analysis, and structural health monitoring, including applications under extreme loading conditions. The meeting provides a forum to share recent results, exchange ideas, and discuss current challenges in both experimental and computational approaches. Emphasis is placed on open discussion and interaction, as well as on identifying opportunities for future collaborative research and joint project proposals among both established and emerging collaborators.</jats:p>
