The profiles of water vapor lines at 380 GHz and 325 GHz were recorded in the 249-339 K temperature range with two fundamentally different spectrometers. The speed-dependent Voigt profile with quadratic approximation of the collision relaxation rate on the molecule speed was used for line shape analysis. Speed-dependent collisional broadening and shifting coefficients and their temperature dependence were analyzed for both self- and air-broadening.
