Abstract

<jats:p>ENGLISH ABSTRACT: &lt;div&gt; The purpose of this study was to examine the feasibility of an AR-RFID integrated learning system—combining augmented reality and radio-frequency identification technologies—for use in in&amp;#x2;service training for long-term care (LTC) personnel. The research involved developing four AR learning modules incorporating interactive 3D models, multimedia content, and RFID-based object recognition. A total of 172 LTC workers participated in the study, and system usability and technical feasibility were evaluated using standardized assessment instruments. The results showed that the system achieved an average SUS score of 4.07 (SD = 0.58). The usability dimension scored 4.11 (SD = 0.61), while the technical feasibility dimension scored 4.03 (SD = 0.61). These findings indicate that users generally perceived the system as intuitive to operate, effective in interaction design, and capable of enhancing immersion and comprehension through AR visualization and real-time RFID recognition. Qualitative feedback further highlighted that the system was engaging and increased learners’ motivation.
