Abstract
<title>Abstract</title> <p>Long-term functional recovery following chronic Stroke is frequently constrained by healthcare resources limits, driving the development of technology-based and digital telerehabilitation’s platforms. This systematic review Synthesis current empirical evidence regarding the design, usability, psychological integration, and implementation dynamics of telehealth and digital therapies in stroke rehabilitation, specifically focusing on the Bern Aphasia App, the VirTele platform program, and the Enriched Technology Rehabilitation Gym (TERG). A search strategy was developed to identify primary studies published between 2016 to 2026. Studies were obtained from multiple electronic databases (PubMed, Science direct, Cochrane, EBSCO, and Scopus database). Searches were supplemented by hand searching and checking the reference lists of included articles. After the removal of duplicates, the search identified 57 titles, following title and abstract review twenty–four publications were considered potentially relevant. The ten studies were included in the current review</p>
