Abstract
<title>Abstract</title> <p>The main idea of this paper is first to propose an equivalent system of stochastic differential equations for multi-site fisheries using an equivalent system of Itô stochastic differential equations. The proposed model, based on Fish Aggregating Devices (FADs), is designed to be both theoretically controllable and numerically efficient, avoiding the computational complexity of matrix square roots. Then, we formulate and solve a stochastic optimization problem that seeks to maximize fishing-related profits by optimally controlling fishing efforts, subject to dynamic constraints controlled by the stochastic system.
