Abstract

<title>Abstract</title> <p>Background Interoceptive dysfunction has attracted growing attention as a fundamental pathological substrate underlying psychiatric and somatic conditions such as anxiety disorders, chronic pain, and Complex PTSD (CPTSD). Although the efficacy of static interoceptive training has been reported in recent years, challenges remain regarding the generalization of its effects to everyday contexts.</p>
