<title>Abstract</title> <p>Objectives: The small flow quantity (urine) hydromechanics is taken as the first principle, micturition graph was established by multi-parameter composite function formula chain. The micturition graph can provide doctors with voiding function diagnosis. Method: A new micturition graphs Q-v equipment is used to measure the actual patients voiding, using the multi-parameter composite function formula chain, to obtain the six point report and the the four micturition graphs so as to provide doctors with clinical medical voiding function diagnosis. From June 2024 to February 2025, 520 patients, including 456 male adults, 47 female adults, 17 male and female children and adolescents, were measured by Q-v equipment. Results: Apply to micturition graphs in 520 patients allow for the qualitative and quantitative were evaluated the degree of BOO and EF. The micturition weakness, micturition enhancement, and normal micturition can also be qualitatively and quantitatively evaluated using the micturition power (Nves). Conclusion: A new non-invasive Q-v equipment were measured the actual patients voiding. A new micturition graph is very good theory and method and to provide doctors with voiding function diagnosis.</p>
