Scientific substantiation of tactical approaches to indicative assessment of the organization of dental care within the framework of compulsory medical insurance.

<jats:p>Scientific substantiation and development of effective methods for assessing the organization of dental care for the population is an urgent problem of improving the quality of medical care. In this regard, an integrated assessment of the material, technical, and personnel resources that affect the effectiveness of medical organizations, and the development of measures based on them, are the key to improving the effectiveness of medical dental organizations. The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate and develop methods for indicative assessment of the organization and quality management of dental care. Materials and methods. To assess the quality of dental care, indicative criteria have been developed that characterize the performance of a medical organization, allowing us to measure the indicators of material and technical security, staffing of medical personnel, organizational and managerial activities and the effectiveness of the medical organization. Results. The expert doctors identified 31 indicative indicators characterizing the activities of dental organizations. In accordance with this, a matrix was compiled for an indicative assessment of the quality of dental care. The conducted indicative assessment of the organization of dental care in the Republic of Tatarstan showed high sensitivity in determining the indicative level of quality of dental care. Conclusions. Thus, the developed method of indicative assessment of dental care makes it possible to identify shortcomings in organizational and managerial activities, material, technical and personnel provision, measure the effectiveness of the work of a medical dental organization, and can serve as an important tool for improving the quality of medical dental care.</jats:p>
