Abstract

<jats:p>This article presents the results of measuring the permittivity of a powder material. The measurements were performed using a resonance method. The method is based on a volumetric strip-slot. A computer model was developed to demonstrate the fundamental feasibility of using such a device for permittivity measurements. Calculations were made to determine the optimal number of measurements to achieve the specified accuracy. Confidence intervals for the measured parameters were obtained.</jats:p>
