Abstract
<jats:p>Выполнен анализ работы железнодорожного транспорта в текущих условиях, выделены основные проблемы, сформулировано направление развития, связанное с повышением конкурентных преимуществ в логистических системах. Впервые предложено описание эволюции конкурентных преимуществ железнодорожного транспорта – от стадии конкуренции на основе инвестиций к стадии конкуренции на основе инноваций. Для этого расширено понятие транспортно-логистической услуги в современных условиях. Математически описаны категории ресурсов и технологий, составляющие качество транспортно-логистического обслуживания на железнодорожном транспорте. Сформулирована модель качества транспортно-логистического обслуживания, позволяющая выделить базисы пирамиды качества, описывающие взаимосвязь категорий ресурсов, технологии и качества. Это позволит повысить качество транспортно-логистического обслуживания на железнодорожном транспорте и развить его конкурентные преимущества в логистических системах, в том числе в международном сообщении.</jats:p> <jats:p>The analysis of the work of railway transport in the current conditions has been carried out, the main problems have been identified, and the direction of development associated with increasing competitive advantages in logistics systems has been formulated. For the first time, a description of the evolution of the competitive advantages of railway transport has been proposed – from the stage of investment-based competition to the stage of innovation-based competition. For this purpose, the concept of transport and logistics services in modern conditions has been expanded. The categories of resources and technologies that make up the quality of transport and logistics services in railway transport are mathematically described. A quality model of transport and logistics services is formulated, which makes it possible to identify the bases of the quality pyramid, describing the relationship between the categories of resources, technology and quality. This will improve the quality of transport and logistics services in railway transport and develop its competitive advantages in logistics systems, including international transport.</jats:p>
