Abstract
<jats:p>Статья посвящена современным тенденциям развития сервиса вокзальных комплексов, позволяющим инициировать притяжение населения в их зону. Показано состояние коммерческой деятельности на вокзале Екатеринбурга, выделены наиболее рентабельные виды услуг. На основе обобщения отечественного и зарубежного опыта представлены адаптированные к сервису направления развития инновационных технологий применительно к исследуемой сфере. Обосновано расширение уже существующих видов деятельности и формирование новых услуг с использованием данных геоаналитики. Внедрение современных, востребованных во времени услуг позволит привлечь дополнительных клиентов на территорию вокзалов и, как следствие, повысить конкурентоспособность железных дорог, особенно в пригородном сообщении.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article is devoted to modern trends in the development of the service of railway station complexes, which make it possible to initiate the attraction of the population to their zone. The state of commercial activity at the Еkaterinburg railway station is shown, and the most cost-effective types of services are highlighted. Based on the generalization of domestic and foreign experience, the directions of development of innovative technologies adapted to the service in relation to the field under study are presented. The expansion of existing activities and the formation of new services using geoanalytical data is justified. The introduction of modern, time-demanded services will attract additional customers to the territory of the stations, and, as a result, increase the competitiveness of railways, especially in suburban traffic.</jats:p>
