Abstract
<jats:p>В статье представлены результаты статистических исследований, посвященных пространственно-временному анализу специфики процессов формирования безопасности дорожного движения (БДД) в субъектах Уральского федерального округа (УрФО). Установлено, что в течение 2005–2024 гг. в регионе сформирована устойчивая положительная динамика повышения БДД. Два относительных показателя дорожно-транспортной аварийности, идентифицирующих БДД, — социальный и транспортный риски — демонстрируют тренд значительного снижения во всех шести субъектах УрФО. Зафиксировано снижение третьего относительного показателя дорожной аварийности — тяжести дорожно-транспортных происшествий — для четырех региональных систем обеспечения БДД из шести. В то же время для положительной динамики общего повышения БДД в разных субъектах УрФО характерна определенная специфика. С позиций рангового анализа лучшую динамику повышения БДД имеет Ханты-Мансийский автономный округ. Ранговым аутсайдером по динамике относительных показателей БДД является система обеспечения БДД Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article presents the results of statistical studies devoted to the spatial and temporal analysis of the specifics of the processes of road safety formation in the subjects of the Ural Federal District. It has been established that during 2005–2024, a steady positive trend of increasing of road safety was formed in the region. Two relative indicators of road traffic accidents that identify traffic accidents — social and transport risks — demonstrate a trend of significant reduction in all six subjects of the Ural Federal District. There was a decrease in the third relative indicator of traffic accidents — the severity of road accidents — for four regional traffic safety systems out of six. At the same time, there is a certain specificity to the positive dynamics of the overall increase of road safety in different subjects of the Ural Federal District. From the standpoint of rank analysis, the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug has the best dynamics for increasing of road safety. The ranking outsider in terms of the dynamics of relative of road safety indicators is the road safety support system of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.</jats:p>
