Is It Possible to Buy a Judicial Position: Some Aspects of Corruption Crimes in the Judicial Environment

<jats:p>This article examines corrupt practices within the judicial system. The author analyzes a practical example of a joint corrupt activity aimed at illegally vesting one participant with judicial powers, examining the adopted law enforcement acts in chronological order and analyzing the resulting procedural and organizational consequences. Based on the analysis, conclusions are drawn regarding the complexities of the criminal prosecution process for special subjects, the criminal classification of their corruption offenses, and the insufficient legal regulation of their status. The author emphasizes the unacceptability of corrupt collaboration between judicial officials.</jats:p>
