The Сonstitutionalization of the Social Function of Entrepreneurship

<jats:p>The article defines the main directions of constitutionalization of the social function of entrepreneurship. Options have been identified for constitutionally consolidating the desired model of socially oriented behavior of business entities. A conclusion was made about the combination of the imperative and dispositiveness of the constitutional regulation of the social responsibility of business, the special role of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in the formulation of the legal content of the social function of entrepreneurial activity was determined.</jats:p>
