Protection of Children's Educational Rights in Singapore

<jats:p>The article analyzes the system of protection of children's educational rights in Singapore, which is considered a key element of the government's policy aimed at ensuring equal opportunities and social justice. Special attention is given to the legal framework governing access to education, the mechanisms for monitoring compliance with students' rights, and the role of government and public institutions in preventing discrimination and bullying in educational institutions. The author identifies the main guarantees for protecting children's rights, including the right to free primary education, support for children with special educational needs, and mechanisms for appealing against violations. The scientific article also examines the challenges faced by the system and provides recommendations for its further improvement, taking into account international experience and the national characteristics of Singapore.</jats:p>
