On Involving Minors in the Commission of Crimes: Conceptual and Categorical Framework

<jats:p>The article analyzes the conceptual and categorical aspects of involving minors in the commission of crimes, identifies key gaps in Article 150 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and notes that modern forms of online manipulation and digital pressure are not covered by current laws. Based on the research findings, the paper proposes directions for improving the regulatory framework of liability for involving minors in the commission of crimes.</jats:p>
