Digital Educational Rights of Children: A Comparative Analysis of International, Russian and Foreign Legal Systems

<jats:p>The article analyzes the issues of legislative regulation and implementation of children's rights in an educational environment created using the achievements of artificial intelligence from a theoretical, legal and practical point of view. Special attention is paid to the positive, controversial and negative factors of a student's free access to Internet resources. The author offers his own view on the relationship between digital and traditional types of teaching and learning, formed in the course of centuries of experience.</jats:p>
