Abstract
<jats:p>During the implementation of аrticles 13 and 14.1 of Federal Law № 124-FZ “On Basic Guarantees of Children's Rights in the Russian Federation”, questions arose about the seizure of property from an organization before public authorities made a decision to liquidate it in violation of the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; to assess the consequences of a decision to reorganize or liquidate an educational organization in parallel with two federal laws. It is proposed to supplement places where being in them can harm the health and development of children with places intended for entertainment of an erotic nature, for the sale of tobacco or nicotine-containing products only, and for gambling. The establishment of measures to protect the rights of minors in the federal law will guarantee their implementation.</jats:p>
