Forensic and Criminal Procedural Aspects of the Performance of Notarial Acts in Evidence in Cases of Crimes Committed in the Environmental Sphere

<jats:p>The article touches upon interdisciplinary aspects of procedural actions to secure evidence in criminal proceedings through notarial perpetuation and certification. Taking into account such components of transformation of criminal proceedings as unification of evidence and raising the standards of proof an attempt to foster a scientific discussion about admissibility of the notarial securing of evidence at the stage of trial proceedings was made. The recourse to notarial methods of securing evidence is examined from the perspective of the relationship between the criminalistic and procedural fundamental principles of investigative and trial hearings of criminal cases including those that are being committed in ecological sphere. A conclusion about the possibility of more active implementation of institution of performing notarial acts in criminal procedure is composed.</jats:p>
