Abstract

<jats:p>The article examines current problems of legal regulation of the migration policy of the Russian Federation through the prism of ensuring the security of entrepreneurial activity. The provisions of the Concept of the State Migration Policy of the Russian Federation for 2026–2030 and the amendments to Federal Laws No. 115-FZ and No. 109-FZ in 2024–2025 are analyzed. The author concludes that it is necessary to find a balance between tightening migration control and the interests of economic entities experiencing a shortage of labour resources.</jats:p>
