Conducting Remote Identification with the Participation of Minors in Russia and Some CIS Countries

<jats:p>This article analyzes the implementation of digital technologies in criminal proceedings in some CIS countries and the Russian Federation. Particular attention is paid to the comparative legal aspects of using videoconferencing technology for conducting remote investigative actions. The author offers organizational and tactical recommendations for conducting remote identification parades involving minors.</jats:p>
