The Foundational Principles of Modern Migration Policy: From Morality to Law

<jats:p>The article discusses issues related to the origins of migration law and emphasizes the importance of constitutional enshrinement of ideological principles in the form of traditional spiritual foundations of Russian society. The ideological foundation of society and the state has been shaped over a long historical period, which contributes to the traditional and common nature of spiritual values. The article suggests that the adaptation of migrants to spiritual and moral values should be achieved through the mandatory adherence to established legal spiritual guidelines, which should be reflected in constitutional legislation.</jats:p>
