Artificial Intelligence Innovations in Crime Combating

<jats:p>Artificial intelligence is a socio-legal phenomenon that ensures technological sovereignty and the progressive development of the state, but at the same time may pose a threat to its security. The article analyzes both the current state of crime using information and communication technologies and the possibilities of applying artificial intelligence in the mechanism of countering criminal threats in conjunction with the norms of criminal laws.</jats:p>
