Practical Aspects of Assessing Legal Norms for Corruption-Prone Provisions in the Conduct of Anti-Corruption Expertise

<jats:p>The article discusses the practical aspects of evaluating the legal standards on corruption when conducting anticorruption assessments by state authorities in the regions of the Russian Federation and local government bodies of municipalities. It examines the mechanisms for effective anti-corruption assessment and provides examples of legal standards from the practice of conducting such assessments. Measures are suggested to improve the process of evaluating legal standards on corruption in draft normative legal acts developed by regional and municipal authorities.</jats:p>
