<jats:p>The effectiveness of the act, as a prerequisite for the effectiveness of the law enforcement activities of the courts, is ensured by the accurate and timely execution of the procedural requirements of the legislation at the final stage of the judicial administrative process. The specifics of ensuring the execution of judicial acts in cases based on an administrative tort allow us to identify a special procedure for judicial administrative proceedings that ensures the legality and validity of the adopted judicial act in an administrative case.</jats:p>
