Administrative and Legal Contract as a Tool for Regulating Natural Resource Use Relations

<jats:p>The article explores the nature of administrative contracts in the field of environmental management as a special legal instrument that combines elements of private and public law. It analyzes the key features of such contracts, their differences from other forms of authorization (licenses, approvals), and the specifics of their conclusion in the context of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Special attention is given to the relationship between administrative and economic agreements, as well as the prospects for developing contractual regulation of environmental management in the context of increasing environmental requirements.</jats:p>
