Special Aspects of Qualification of Administrative Offenses of Individual Entrepreneurs in the Circulation of Alcoholic Products

<jats:p>The article reveals the problem of the lack of uniform law enforcement practice in the qualification of administrative offenses in the field of retail sale of alcoholic products committed by individual entrepreneurs, since the legislation does not provide for licensing of this type of activity for them. In the work, the author applied general scientific research methods: methods of analogy, comparison, generalization, analysis, and synthesis. Modern court acts were analyzed to identify problematic issues of bringing to administrative responsibility. For generalization, legislative acts and regulatory documents governing the sphere of retail sales were also used. Five different qualification options are highlighted depending on the objective side of the considered administrative offense. Recommendations have been prepared aimed at improving law enforcement practices in order to curb the circulation of alcoholic products by individual entrepreneurs.</jats:p>
