Reliability of Evidence in Administrative Judicial Proceedings: Relevant Issues

<jats:p>This article examines aspects of evidence authenticity in administrative litigation, focusing on the criterion for signing documents electronically. It examines the specifics of digital evidence assessment, which are not typical of traditional evidence, in administrative litigation under the rules of three procedural codes. An analysis of the properties considered when certifying the authenticity of electronic and similar materials is provided. Significant differences in the evidentiary value of tools existing in tangible and intangible environments are highlighted. It is concluded that there are two essential components of administrative judicial proceedings, one of which relates to the issue of equivalence of electronic and paper documents, and the other to the issue of establishing the true author of the signature of an electronic document.</jats:p>
