Issues of Improving the Legislative Regulation of Class Action Lawsuits

<jats:p>The article reviews the problematic issues associated with the effective integration of class action lawsuits as a form of protecting the rights of groups of individuals into the law of the Russian Federation. Arguments are presented in favor of developing a unified basis for improving the legislative regulation of the action form in question.</jats:p>
