Legal Regulation of Maritime Transport in the Context of Global Logistics Routes Transformation

<jats:p>The article analyses the system of legal regulation of maritime transport in the context of sanctions. It reveals the nature of the impact of restrictive measures against Russian entities on individual components of the organization of maritime transport activities. It examines the effect of the forced transition of Russian maritime transport to multimodal transport. It considers the legal problems of a number of conventional sources that uniformly regulate the implementation of maritime transport. Proposals are put forward for the development of the Russian maritime cargo transport industry in light of global geopolitical changes.</jats:p>
