On the Importance of Volitional Aspects and Non-Volitional Factors at the Stage of Concluding a Civil Contract

<jats:p>The presented article is devoted to the analysis of the category of will from the standpoint of philosophy, psychology and civil law science. It has been established that the most effective will is manifested at the stage of concluding a civil contract, creating a certain legal effect for the participants in the civil legal relationship. It has been determined that the understanding of the will from the point of view of psychological science most accurately corresponds to the meaning of the will laid down in civil law. The analysis made it possible to draw a number of important conclusions regarding the action at the stage of concluding the contract, not only volitional aspects, but also a number of other non-volitional factors of a subjective and objective nature.</jats:p>
