On the Development and Change of Approaches to Resolving Certain Corporate Disputes in the Law Enforcement Practice

<jats:p>The article examines the judicial approaches to solving some controversial issues that exist in corporate practice. It is emphasized that uniform judicial practice in corporate law is sometimes not formed immediately, but after several stages of its testing, taking into account the evolution of corporate relations and the experience of applying the rules by the courts. The article emphasizes the value of judicial interpretation of legal norms, which guides not only lawyers but also lawmakers in adapting legal norms to the new realities of corporate practice.</jats:p>
