A Municipal Contract for Provision of Urban Amenities

<jats:p>The article considers landscaping as one of the most important tools to provide residents with a comfortable and safe environment for living. On the basis of doctrinal positions, current rules of law determine the legal nature of the municipal contract for landscaping. A systematic study of this type of contract made it possible to determine the criteria and classify it as a mixed contract.</jats:p>
